Full Job Description:

In order to create the best voice-based conversational AI, ConverseNow is seeking a QA Engineer. We’re looking for a talented individual to join our rapidly expanding team who possesses a hybrid skill set consisting of quality control and customer service. A self-starter with expertise in smoke, regression, and feature testing would make the ideal applicant. To ensure stakeholders’ needs are met, you should have prior experience coordinating between various departments and have an engineering background.

 Responsibilities.
  •  Design and execution of test cases.
  •  constructing manual and automated tests.
  •  Follow the various business lines, tracking issues as they arise from the company’s application, testing updates and fixes through QA to Production environments, and monitoring their stability.
  •  Tests should be run after deployment to the staging environment.
  •  tracking problems until they are resolved.
 Knowledge of technology.
  •  able to test Web API applications with ease.
  •  proficient with a variety of automation software, e. g. Selenium. knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  •  a good ability to communicate.
  •  knowledge of tool usage and opportunities for automation.
  •  POS (Point of Sale) System familiarity.
  •  Experience with coding and script writing is a plus.
  •  knowledge of POS systems for restaurants and related software.
