Assist sales and clients with post sales issues, along with RMA associated issues.

Important process responsibilities:

Massive direct smartphone touch with clients, sales representatives, warehouse, return middle, and product managers.
Obtain requests over the intranet, internet, fax, and smartphone.
Offer tracking, invoice of Lading, and proof of delivery
Provide Serial Numbers on product shipped from dealer and ScanSource Inc. Warehouse
Take hunt group calls.
Work with transit providers on freight credits and ship damage claims.
Works closely with warehouse personnel to clear up shipping discrepancies.
Different duties as assigned (ISO aid, different operational assignments, and many others…)
Everyday attendance is an critical characteristic of the customer support consultant function

Reporting Relationships:

Receives widespread supervision from the manager of customer support
Direct contact with customers, internal departments, the manager of customer support, as well as close interplay with different customer support representatives.
