We successfully complete large projects and know how to transform ambiguity into order. .

You will organize, plan, and carry out sizable projects and programs as a BPR Project and Program Manager, making sure that organizations are prepared for process changes and that system changes have been thoroughly tested. Your projects will be driven primarily by you, including project governance, risk management, communications, resource planning, and readiness. You’ll make connections, foster group cooperation, and plan the actions required to ensure the accomplishment of your projects. The ideal candidate should have experience leading large, international projects that integrate numerous functional teams and/or systems.

 Primary Requirements.
  •  at least 5–7 years of experience in successfully managing and completing sizable cross-functional systems projects.
  •  understanding of organizing and assigning cross-project initiatives, as well as establishing program structure for the best return on investment.
  •  knowledge of the software development life cycle and system implementations.
  •  experience working on international projects that incorporate local and national specifics.
  •  the capacity to cut through uncertainty to clarify goals and action plans.
  •  Experience with supply chains, warranty contracts, and/or service is preferred.
  •  A plus is having project management certification.
  •  An added advantage will be having knowledge of or exposure to S/4 HANA implementations.
  •  Outstanding written and verbal communicator.
